CHIROPRACTORDr. Limaris de Leon is a board-certified, licensed chiropractor. She was born and raised in Guayama, Puerto Rico. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Puerto Rico in Cayey, PR with a degree in Biology. While attending UPR she participated in three summer research internship programs, at the University of Georgia in Athens, GA; University of Wisconsin in Madison, WI and Tufts University in Boston, MA.
She was awarded honors for her research participation. Her interest in understanding the human body and desire to promote health in her community led her to Atlanta, GA where she attended Life University and graduated as a Doctor of Chiropractic. She graduated with Magna Cum Laude honors.
With a background in research and a deeper desire for understanding, Dr. Limaris became a certified Chiropractic BioPhysics practitioner, specializing in the most advanced, scientifically researched technique in the world. She understands and believes that corrective chiropractic care helps the spine achieve optimal alignment, therefore helping her patients attain optimal health.
In her spare time she enjoys traveling, playing tennis, and spending time outdoors with her dog.

Dr. Nicole Castera is a board-certified, licensed chiropractor. She was born and raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico. She received a volleyball scholarship at Barry University, where she completed her undergraduate studies in Biology. One of her most memorable life experiences was winning the NCAA championship in 2004. Being a student athlete motivated her into studying chiropractic, an essential element for injury prevention and rehabilitation.
Dr. Castera has great a passion for pediatric and pregnancy chiropractic. She has dedicated her career on providing excellent care, improving health and wellness to her patient which allows her to see great results among them.
In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, running with her dog, cycling, and spending time with her nephews Luis, Cruz and Nicholas.
